There are many ways and reasons to get involved at the UO. You can get involved to have fun, focus on a social issue, connect with your faith, learn leadership skills, play a sport, play an instrument…you can get involved with just about anything! Student groups and organizations are unique because students administer them. Students not only establish the programs, they also elect officers, write by-laws, sponsor campus events and manage annual budgets. It is a great opportunity waiting to happen.
