The management of the accounting ledgers held by ASUO programs is the responsibility of the ASUO Controllers Office. The Controllers assist program members with understanding the financial resources available to them at the University of Oregon, and help them navigate the required procurement processes.

At the same time, they are responsible for ensuring that all of the ASUO programs maintain compliance with all applicable State, University, and ASUO imposed accounting practices set forth in rules section 12 of the Green Tape Notebook.

The ASUO Controllers also function as an arm of the Executive branch, especially as part of the annual budgeting process.  It is their responsibility to present to the PFC each of the Executive recommendations for various program budgets, as well as presenting the prior years accounting ledger history for each program.

The ASUO Controllers window is located downstairs in the EMU, next to the interior entrance to the ASUO. Office hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.
