Practicum students serve as assistant leaders of field outings and on-campus courses (e.g. rock climbing at the indoor wall), assist with planning, logistics, and risk management tasks, and conduct study and skill-building sessions for students. In return, the Program offers exceptional opportunities for the development of leadership skills. Instructor approval is required for enrollment in an OPP practicum course.
