Mission
To serve the UO community as a clearinghouse for leadership development opportunities, materials, and experiences. Objectives
- Plan, implement, and evaluate quality leadership programs and experiences that advance student learning, development and academic success.
- Identify and support leadership development opportunities throughout the campus community.
- Foster & promote an inclusive campus environment that affirms the value of all community members.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of leadership development tools and resources for students, staff, & faculty.
- Demonstrate a broad understanding of the holistic experience of students (academic, cultural, social, extracurricular, etc.)
- Provide consultation and direct services to students, alumni, and parents.
- Model ethics in decision making and support students in their efforts to follow suit.
- Model congruence between stated values and actions and support students in their effort to do so.
